“How soon do I get my first service?.”

— Your first service comes six months after installation with a simple break-in oil change included as part of your initial installation.

“How loud is a whole house generator?”

— The newer whole-house generators are generally quieter than portable generators because it is self-contained in their units. Outside noise levels are similar to a lawn mower.

“Do I need a permit?”

— We always recommend to get the appropriate permits. A whole-house generator is a significant installation with electrical and gas connections. The permit enables a full inspection service.

“What areas do you serve?”

— We have clients in Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Washtenaw, Livingston, and Genesee counties.

“How long is the installation process?”

— Normal residential installation will be one full day in most cases.

“How soon will the installation take place?”

— Once we have received the signed contract and deposit, you can expect installation within one week.
